Updates

• Added /all chat log (only visible whilst browser is open and focused)
• Metamask connect is now persistent and will automatically connect when returning to the game and future builds.
• Added Kaiju Kingz avatars
• Added Monkverse avatars
• Moved username below avatar
• Limited chat log to 10 messages

Known bugs/issues

• Doors not working consistently with space bar and click interaction - (fixed in 0.06)
• Metamask connect issues on Firefox/brave
• OpenSea API rate limit hit on wallets holding large number of NFT Avatars/pets
